i have a land in the name of my father's maternal grand father & grand father had two child. one son & one daughter. the son had not married & the daughter has only one son i.e. my papa. In this case can the land on my father's name.

The inheritence will first come to your father's mother on the death of her brother or on partition (hope fathers maternal grand parent are no more). Then your father can claim the property or get the property transferred in his name on the death of his mother or on transfer. Father's uncle had not married has no connection until he is alive.
