we have a land with two khasara no. we have possession of land since 65 years . it is a family property we inhireted, when checked with land record department . one khasara is in our name as it should me . other khasara is there is the record with same measurement but is termed as abadi land. maps use by land department are of 1959 . and two terms use by land department are 'bhumiswami' and 'abadi' land. these two word are from madhya pradesh land revenue code 1959.
i have got the regestry of the second both the khasara no.s which are pre independence.1940's
i want to sell the land. how should i deal with each khasara
