Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
The land lord had taken land on lease on which he constructed a shopping mall. Now lease term has come to an end. What are rights of shop owners havin their shops in such mall? what if they are under pagdi system? Can the land owner remove any shop owner from that mall?
