Land owned by Tribal People
Plase tell , that Law relating to the property owned/possessed by tribal people will be governed by the Constitution of India or the respective state Land Reforms Act? Please describe in detail.

The State land reforms governs the law to the landed prpoerties owned by the tribal people in the respective States.

States in India have their own laws in that behalf. The Maharashtra State has a separate law in that behalf. The crux of this local law is that a tribal can not sell his land to non-tribal.
