Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have a land property which I received after partition from sisters from father's self acquired property. I want to make it a joint holding with my wife and minor son. How can I do that without incurring much expense like in gift deed or sale deed?

There is no other way except Gift or Sale Deed. If the land is lease hold with Government Agency, then the Government permits to add the name of Wife in the lease without any charges in support of Women Empowerment!

you may mention in the partition deed that wife and son also got the share jointly and be considered a part of partition deed.
