Land Resettlement Permission.

7/12 Extract in the name of A and B Total Land 6 Hector. Out of this A Sold his 1/2 share to C by issuing Registered Power of Attorney and SatheKhat. At the time of registratioin of Sale Deed Sub Registrar informed to purchaser for registration of this document require resettlement permission from the Collector and Sub Divisional officer. Then A and C obtained resettlement permission for sale of land. At the time of submission of documents to the sub divisional officer for permission that time they have produced illegal consent of B 's. At the time of consent letter B was not attend nor his signature is on consent letter.It means the consent is given without present of B. If this type fraud is there. Then my question is 1. Can Motation entry will cancelled by subdivisional officer.

2. Can resettlement permission will be cancelled.As We have already filled these appeals to the concern authority.

Please advise me for giving me references of law and revenue books for cancellation of these type of bogus transcation.

the revenue authorities will not be able to adjudicate a 'civil dispute' and would rather follow a civil court decree.

you better file a civil suit to get the matter finally decided.

You have not specified the local law governing the transaction. Each state has enacted different laws in that behalf.
