Land Trasnfer of society

Our Society got registered in 1999, still land yet to be transferred on society name as

Builder is not ready to transfer society land on society Name

i know the is an illegal

Has anybody experienced this situation.

Please let us know the proper legal procedure to get society land on society name

and please let me know if anything else you required ......

Approach Competent Authority, if you are covered by Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act, 1963.

Else, approach court.

If you are sure that is illegal you may approach the Competant Authority and if nothing works out then approach the Hon'ble Court for remedy.
