Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Landed property is in the name of five brothers. Corporation & other taxes are also paid by all the brothers. For the purpose of development of the said property plan has been passed by Municipal Corporation but in the name of only one brothet. Does it will create any problem at the time of selling flats of respective shares. An agreement has also made between all the brothers allocating individual share.
