Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

landlord is dead 5 years back,his son & married sister have disputes and they didnt collect rent from last 5 years,in that piriod we,all tenants repaired water tank,they dont handle bldg.we,all tenant pay all ele.bills.what action can take by us.

You all should start deposit of rent with the Rent Controller; and also file an application for effecting necessary repairs and adjust costs with the rent payable, under court orders.
