Landowner and Builder Agreement
Hi,
If a builder is approaching us to construct a flats/apartments in our plot then what
agreement between landowner and builder should be there. What all precautionary method we had to take before signing the agreement. What all the things should be there in the agreement and what all things should not be there in the agreement. Which clause we should be very careful in the agreement. What are the mandotary clause which should be there in the agreement.

If it is pure and simple money deal and you are getting all your money on agreement, then no special pre-cautions required.
