One large office is divided in to two smaller offices. supplemental agreements are made and registered. who will keep the original documents for the larger office after sale of smaller offices?

That when the first smaller office is sold, new registry of that part is made. You should retain the photocopy of the new registry of that sold part of the premises and main registry of large premises is to be retained by the seller only because of the reason that the remaining part is left for the sale.

But when the other part of the land is to be sold, then the main registry of the large office is to be hand over to the purchaser because no othe rpart of the land is left for sale on the basis of that registry. In other words it is of no use to the seller to retain the documents with himself. So the seller is to have the photocopies of both the registries of large office or the 2 smaller offices...
