Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My late elder sister expired in 2007 who was staying with me since last 20 years, and had no children and owned a residential property in Rishikesh (Uttaranchal) since 1950s. Her late, elder brother-in-law's 3 children claim to be the owners now, who still occupy the same forcefully. I have the 'WILL' which my late sister had written in 2006 that the said property be mine after her death. Do I have the right on the property and can I claim it and how ?

yes, you the exclusive right on the property on the basis of WILL. Any hindu may dispose her self acquired property by Will in favour of any one, including her brother.
