Late Payment changes
Since the builder provided me late document, the loan has approved late. He is saying that he will charge some amount because of late payment. Please note that load amount cheque already credit into his account.
Registration of flat done May 2008 month end and loan cheque I got from Bank in the month of November 2008. I don�t know whether this is legal to charge the amount. Please assist.

plzease go through the terms and condititions of the agreement with the builder

You may have a remedy in the consumer courts; however, you may weigh the consequences; the litigation may delay things, cost you a lot of money and the result may be uncertain.

Check the terms of the agreement with the builder.
