Law of limitation
Plaintiff out of possession for 15 years. Is the suit barred by the limitation law under art.64.Property stand in his name.

Details are missing.Merely that plaintiff is out of possession for 15 days does not mean that suit is barred.Limitation depends on various facts hence details are required to be examined.In case of need you may contact with details.Professional charges are applicable.
