Hi Lawguru Team

I have property which is 2 yr old and the society is not yet formed. I want to sell my house. Need to know whom to pay the transfer fee. Builder no longer takes the maintainance from us and we have mutually appointed chairman, secretary and treasury and also collect the maintainance within us.

Could you assist me who can give me the NOC and whom to pay the transferfee, builder or the appointed commitee and how much is the transfer fee to be paid.

transfrer fee has to be paid to sub registrar of your area

and NOC u have to take from management of your society

amount of transfer fee has to be calculated as per the value of the property
