Dear Sir / Madam,

The tenant occuping your in-laws shop is legally liable to pay the monthly rent regularly and he / she is liable for eviction for failure to pay the rent regularly.

A legal suit can be filed against the tenant seeking a Court order for his eviction from the shop.
