Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
A layout owner gave a power of to a staff to register plots on behalf of them. He mis used it and register a sale agreement for some plots which comes in EC. They went to the court and got the judgement in favour of the owner. Shall they cancel the registration through SRO in EC ?, Is it required?. They sold the plots to other persons. Pl clarify.

If that employee is holding a valid power of attorney and registered documents of sale of some plots, the SRO won't have any authority to cancel the same. Remedy is to approach the court with appropriate suit and prayer and obtain a decree.
