Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Leakage issue not being sorted by Society

Its been 3 years since I have given a complaint of water leakage from the roof ( I stay in top floor 4th floor). The society is trying and the appointed consultant has not been able to resolve it. I'm fed up and want to know my rights to pressurise the society to give it a serious thought and get it sorted. Its been a long wait but in vain. Can you please let me know what are the legal course I can take on this.
