trying to lease joint property

I and my brother has a ouse with two floors jointly. Also we have a noterary public deed stating the property demarcation i.e 1 floor for me and other for my brother.

Now i want to sell my floor, can i lease my portion on the noterary public deed?Also for how many years the lease contract will be valid?

You can sale, lease. Validity will depend on terms of contract.

you may sale/lease. Lease is valid upto 99 years

Yes, you can do.lease can be for the period upto 99 years.

Yes you can lease for specific period, which may be mutually agreed upon and specified in lease.
