Lease registration in up.
We want to register Sub-letting agreement triparties agreement involving UPSIDC. Please confirm the procedure and expenses; Sub-letting charges, registration fees and stamp duty

Pl check with UPSIDC and registration office of the area where property is situated.

to my mind, such agreements are legally not valid. once the UPSIDC has confirmed the lease in favour of a party, he cannot sub let the same as it is against he rules. whatever agreements that are there, are not binding...still you can send in some more details along with location of the plot.....

You should approach a lawyer in local trial courts or else you may contact a "Deed Writer" who specialises locally in execution and registeration of such documents.
