Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have leased out my flat in a building in mumbai. The charges for open space car parking for the resident members is Rs100/ PM, whereas I have been asked to pay Rs 1000/ PM. Is it in order?

as you are not yourself residing there, the imposition is legal.
