Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I was leaving in a pagdi system house which my Fateher had brought almost 60 years back , After My father & Mother Expired it has been transfered to my Name , i have been paying Rent regularly, The Electricity Bill is also in my Name. Currently I have Brought a New Flat & have shifted to my New Flat with my Family , The Pagadi House is currently Vaccant , But I regulary vist the House & also Stay Back at Night over there sometime, Can my landlord ask me to sell the House if she does so what optio do I have , I have been paying my Rent regularly

In case of rented premises, landlord/landlady need to approach the court for getting premises vacated from the tenant.
