legal advise.
im 33 yrs old, my uncle sold one plat (area), which is registered with my grandmathers name since 1960,
m qustion is can i claim my part from my uncle, us my grandmother don't have any source of income and sold land was purchased by our family income.

You have to file a civil suit and on proving grounds you have to proceed with your right on the plot.

If you uncle agree with your contention, you can have your part conveyed to you. Else, you need to file a suit and prove your contentions.

You are very well within right to claim, your share both cash as well cheque amount by putting a suit for partition and suit for rendition of account. However the time limit for taking such cause of action is only within 3 years. If you fail to act within 3 years, your claim shall be hit by Limitation. Ritik sINGH+91-991565874
