Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
what are the legal formalities required to be done after paying full & final home loan and getting back huda sector plot papers back phisically with us.(like we do in case of vehicle loans after getting n.o.c.the new r.c. is made to remove hypothiction address).

If the mortgage is effected by a registered instrument, then a registered release is necessary.
