I, as the legal guardian of my minor two children, and my brother own a plot of land as co owners. 50% belongs to my brother and 50% to my minor children as undivided share. Can my brother sell his undivided share without my consent?

Under normal circumstances, your brother may sell his undivided share without your consent. However, if the property is lease hold, the terms of the lease deed will also be relevant.
