legal hassles as in i am asking that the person from whom we had bought the hotel on paghdi system,is he also supposed to get the share out of the sale proceeds?? and are we supposed to contact him before selling it??kindly help.

Pagadi system is a type of rent property.
A tenant is never owner of the property.
