Getting Legal Heir certification
My mother had a property case with her brother, she won and the court had given judgment in her favor. We have court degree and property is not registered in the name of my mother. But property Tax and Rental receipts are being in my mother�s name. She expired a few years after. Now we wanted to Sell or get into the development of property. I heard that we have to get a legal heir certification from the M.R.O. Please could you guide me the steps and procedure to avoid miss guidance and corruption.

It depends on the practice and usage followed by the concerned authorities of the area in which property of your mother situate.

It would be appropriate to consult a local senior lawyer dealing in such matters.
