What is meant by where do i stand is not understood.
You are one of the legal heirs of your husband.
You can not take objection for sale of share of your mother-in-law.
Nominee is merely a trustee of legal heirs of person making nomination.

The question is quiet not clear, but you cannot take any objection for sale of share of your mother in law.
