Legal heir
purchased a home on loan, owners are my mother-in-law and my husband. husband is paying loan.
where do i stand? Am i an legal heir after my husband or it will go to my mother-in-law as she is also the part owner of the house (she is already having two more childrens).
Can I take any objection if she wants to sell.
and If what i become the nominee of that house

What is meant by where do i stand is not understood.
You are one of the legal heirs of your husband.
You can not take objection for sale of share of your mother-in-law.
Nominee is merely a trustee of legal heirs of person making nomination.
