Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Is it legal for a housing society, in Mumbai, to charge more monthly charges for open space car parking from a leave and licesee, than a regular member. I believe that Bombay High Court had ruled sometimes back that since no extra facilities are given to the licensee, the charges cannot be different. This decision was later ratified by the supreme court also.
Please let me have the details ,if available.
