My husband bought an apartment recently and added my father- inlaw's name also in the deed, so now the apartment is in both their names. Would my husband's brothers have any legal claim on the apartment in case something happened to my father in law?

Naturally, they may inherit their father's share in the event of his death, unless your FIL executes a will in favour your husband excluding other legal heirs from inheritance by clearly stating that his name was included in the flat by his son and that his son had spent the entire money on purchase of this property.
