What is the legal value of a non registered Memorandum of Understanding made on a stamp paper of Rs.500 in respect of suit property, which is executed during the pendency of the suit having temporary injunction?
Is such a MOU a legal document and can it be acted upon for filing a suit for specific performance?
Is such a suit maintainable?
