what is the legal posission of un registred agreement when possession is delivred at the spot at the time of agreement .according to sec,17 of indian registration act 1908 as amended in 2001 .wheather it is mendator for the purpose of sec.53 of transfer of property act.

If a document is required to registered compulsorily, then it has to.

There is a provision in registration act which allow use of document not registered for other collateral purposes.
