What is legal remedy available in Jharkhand state if one of the siblings registers in his/her name or sells the ancestral property to third party without taking consent from other siblings?

Your question is confusing as on one hand you say that one of the sibling get the property registered in his name and subsequently sells the same without consent. If the property is in his or her name then he or she does not need any permission/consent from other siblings . The sale made can be challanged and declared null and void.....

so it better to divide the property and then enjoy the property....
