legal transfer of property from mother to son

We have a residential house (bungalow) in a Co-Operative Hsg Society, which is in my mother's name.What is the legal procedure of transferring it to me and my sisters' names?

You can either purchase it or your mother can gift the same. Pay necessary stamp duty and registration charges on the document. Submit necessary forms of transfer with copy of registered document to society.
