limitation act.

The tille is with the benami holder who is out of possession 4 over 25 years & property is in possession of brother 4 the last 25 years.AS far as LIMITATION is concerned kindly let me whether the suit will be governed under art. 64 OR ART. 65 OF THE LIMITATION ACT?
