Limitations.

MY house , constructed in 1980, was in possession of my parents since its const. & now in possession of my brother from the last 4 years against my permission.I have sued my brother 4 the recovery of possession & mense profit. My brother is a tresspasser.He has also questioned my ownership.Besides other issues the court has made the issue whether the suit is barred by limitations?I m not sure as 2 under which art. ie 64, 65 ,87 0r 113 of limitation act r applicable in this case? I have been advised by my council 2 collect evidence under all the above art. of the limitation act 4 suceeding in view of the issue of limitation framed by the court. kindly advise under which art.( 64,65, 87 0r 113) my case falls?

You should go by the advice of your counsel who is conducting your case. The conflict of opinions may confuse you and spoil your case.

Your counsel has the benefit of entire pleadings before him as also the issues framed by the court.

You should produce evidence in court in cooperation and consultation with your counsel.
