Liquidated damages/ mense profits under leave and license

Under which law and sections mense profits or liquidated damages are allowed under leave and license agreement, in case of non vacation of premises when licensor is ready with refund of deposit? i need to know exact law and its sections, i dont mind buying book on the same.

Every state has local laws concerning rent laws. For the State of Maharashtra, the law is Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999, which provide for damages in the event of licensee in respect of residential premises failing to vacate the premises on expiry of term.
