Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i live in a house which is in the name of my grandfather. my father are 4 brothers and 4 sisters. they( my father and uncles) have been residing in this house for 50 years. they have spent a lot o money on its maintainence. now as we want to sell this house because its dilapidated, my aunts are claiming equal share. what can be done or is there any way in which we do not give them equal share or they do not have a equal claim..? ( based on the amount we spent on maintainence for so many years.)

your aunts are not only entitled for maintenance but also they can seek equal partition of the house in their favour.
