I LIVE IN INDIA. I HAVE PAID A STAMP DUTY 20 YRS BACK BUT HAVE NOT REGISTERED THE PROPERTY ....PLS HELP HOW TO REGISTER THE PROPERTY NOW

It is not good for a lawyer to misguide a person who needs legal help.If the question is beyond the knowledge of the lawyer, he should not attempt to answer it. It gives a bad name to our fraternity. Registration of instrument which is 20 years old is not possible.
You need to explore a new document like Confirmation etc. and register.
