Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I live in the South Delhi Area. A builder has constructed an illegal building on his land. My question is, in case the building is unauthorised is the builder considered to be the owner of the building. Does he have any rights for sale purchase in the building?

though, as per rules, he is supposed to construct the building as per sanction plan but even the unauthorized buildings are being sold due to corruption. how are you getting affected by the unauthorized construction. in case you facing prob, you may approach the court and implead MCD a party to your suit/writ.
