Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am living with my daughter in my Father - in -Law property which was earlier on my and my husband joint name. My Father - in- Law has cancelled the GPA. I am fighting a permanent injuction case in civil court. My In laws are not living with me in suit property. If I lose this case, Can they throw me and my daughter out legally. Kindly suggest me what should I do ?
