Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We are living in Joint family i. mean my bade papa & my father's family. But the name possess in our property is our Bade papa. As he is our gurdian. But now our bade papa interested to sell the property. Can my father take objection in this regard. because at the time of building the property my father also contributed the cash money. Please suggest.

it seems that the property is joint and not self acquired by your grand father. you, along with your father have an equal right in the same and you may seek injunction restraining your grandpa from disposing off the property in a suit for partition.
