I am living with my minor daughter in my father-in-law's house.my husband & father-in-law wants to throw out of house.can they do so legally?

as advised you earlier, you need to approach a lawyer and file a civil suit against your husband and father in law, restraining them from throwing you out of the house. alternatively you may also seek residence orders under DV Act.
