Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am living with my minor daughter in a house which was earlier on my huband & my name jointly(My father-in-law)has made GPA & will deed on our name.Now,due to some martial disputes,he is saying that he has cancelled the GPA and i can't stay in this house.They are living elsewhere.I am fighting a case for status quo.Please suggest me can court order me to leave the house with my daughter?

you may file a complaint under d v act and seek restraint order against your husband from dispossessing you and your minor daughter from your residence.
