living in property of relative

i am living in relative property since 40 years now they want to vacate the property is there any remedies available for us we dont want to take compensation but dont want to vacate the property.

What compensation you are talking about i dont understand. You dont need advise in these columns. You need manipulative skills of an Advocate, which come for a price.....

If you and your relative are not agreeable to a mutual manner, then your relatives are required to approach court to get property vacated from your possession.

In such an event you will know the nature of case put forth by your relative and decide about defences.
