Hi I am living in a room under pagdi system at Malad east. and the landlord is planning to redevelope the plot. Currently I am using 270 Sq Ft carpet area. Kindly let me know how much area should I get when the new construction takes place. and also let me know who will be paying the registration and Stamp duty charges?

The new area will depend on your negotiation skill. The stamp duty and registration charges are to be borne by the Developer.
