lost agreement of 1988
i have learnt from my lawyer that for lost agreements a police complaint is to be made and then to proceed further for amnesty scheme will the rate of stamp duty payable for lost document remain the same as if for the original document submitted under stamp duty amnesty scheme 2008 ?

Stamp Duty can be paid on an instrument. It is not clear, on loss of original document, whether you have a true copy which is proposed to be submitted?
