Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i m an employee, can i get a home loan , by registrering that home solely to my second wife's name? just to stop availing a kid from my first wife...and wat will happen if i dies? wat will happen wid the remaining loan and how my second wife will be availed by dat property? plz guide.
