Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i m an issueless widow with a flat in mumbai//after having done a parttion with my mother in law i got the intestate property/// as i heard that i can sell in my lifetime the said property but after my death if i keep the property it will divest on his blood related heirs,and that i cant make a will

please let me know how to safe guard my interests///

you can transfer this property to any person of your choice. you can also make a will there is no such bar. it is your absolute property and you can deal with as u like
